I really like this mod, very-very detailed. Keep up the good work.
I'will do so
BTW, lot of reply's from dutch people in this thread
nice job keep on going
Dude, that's some of the best cable management ever!
I received the stuff from coolermaster today, it could have been here friday, but i missed the mail guy.
Some day ago i've made 2 strips witch will be mounted between the 2 cases. It took me about a day to cut it and sand it down perfect straight.
some CCFL's without the plexi tube around it. i've only broken 1 of 5, and i need 4 of them, so that's no problem.
The perfectly follow the dimensions of the case.
[insert own comment]
The 2'nd case will be cutted down to 4-5 bay's in height. And it will be equipped with my watercooling stuff (2 waterloops), the fanbus, lcd, and other electronics. The total height will be around 80cm, a bit more than the height of my desk
look large but are you going to connect them so you can`t look threw pc 1 and pc 2 ??
but i like it
I hope for the sake of all who use that computer, that it doesnt fall over
excellent mod keep it up
The top of the pc, and the bottom of the watercooling will be closed (actually it's open, but the hole is covered with mesh.
It won't and the height will be reduced to +/- 80cm, so that's high, but not dangerous
The following pictures could cause permanent illness or damage for people who ae scared of modding there stacker 8)
the PSU cage will be removed, i needed it to keep the frame strong enough while cutting and welding.
Nice detail is the bezel between the 2 cases to make it look like 1 case. It took some time to find out the exact dimension i would need to cut of the case, i had to remove 28,5cm of the case, and as you can see i was right.
Next to do is fixing it permanent on the lower case, cut the sidepanels and aluminium profiles. And mounting the plexiglass strips between the cases.
Damn thats hardcore.
Nice work sir. I believe you just made your own shuttle/hydrocool. wow
dude, that should be a sin or something. you've got some balls to be doing that. j/k great work, did you weld it? basically it's a midget stacker.
A barebone would fit 2 times in it i guess, anyway, it should be big enough for the cooling and some electronics
damn nice damn big:|
(lekker bezig jong)
nooooo that is murder poor stacker looks nice but kill an stacker to make one bigger is just insane...
That's a bad ass big motha ... Its a HUGE rig, can't wait to see this thing finished.
mhh, where you got the idea from.
it´s looking like my stacker.
Hmm, i was hoping to be original with adding a 2nd one
Have any pics of it???
ah, this one:
but you mounted it below, and it isn't made of a 2nd stacker, but it looks very good too
Man thats SICK! Very cool, is it now like 90cm long? Or even METER?
85cm, with the wheels included. 80cm whitout the wheels.
And my desk starts at 74cm
