Lol thanks E.E.L
I think you missed the problem I was hinting at. The average doorway clearance is 32" wide. I fear this will get trapped in your bedroom like some super-overweight person, and you'll have to knock out a wall to take it to a LAN.
lol it can fit through doorways easy enough sideways on
Looking real good, cant wait to see this finish, it should be brillant
Got a small update for you today (tiny compared to the work put in!)
I started off today by joining the backend of the psu housing onto the rest of it and then using bodyfiller to fill any unsightly gaps
I then looked at my dvdhousing and thought ill do the same to that!
I then got to sanding and was left with this for the dvd housing
This is bassically so that the rivets wont show up when this is painted giving it a cleaner look and also fills any imperfections around the edges of the housing.
And thats if for another day
nice! Can't wait for the next update...
Looking shexual can't wait to see it all finished
This is going to be a real good mod when finished
I did a tiny bit of work today.....
The four bits of acrylic for the angled section of the rad housing
and one of the four polished
And guys at the weekend i went up to ikea and got my second desk so that i now just have a whole wall of deskspace
Old desk not fully sorted out yet
Modularis evolution will no doubt take up most of one of these and i will be just using the other for printer etc etc etc/second pc
Wow, nothing wrong with having desk space! There's never too much either.
Lol thanks Jeremy that there is 2.67mx0.8m of desk space love it
Lol, *love* your new desk
lol im guessing that was 'no pun intended' lol thanks
On to todays update
i drew up a template for a fan grill (i am also looking to get these lasercut to sell through my store
and filed a bit
Thats it for today i will get this finished up tomorrow
Nice... Now GET ON WITH MODULARIS!
Like the new desk btw
lol this will be used on modularis
i finished filing and sanding the outside of the fan grill and i must say it looks amazing in person i looked at it and i though to myself it looks like syrillians work!!! so im happy with it quite possibly the best polished bit i have got on this
The pic doesnt do it justice but i should have my digi slr back soon!
then i gave the inner bits a quick sand and wire wool its way too small to polish properly so this will do for me
and where it will be (obviously there will be a 114mm hole cutout there but as of yet i havent recieved my holesaw from ebay!!!! its been 2 weeks and they are apparently sending another
thats it for today :thumb
