It looks very very nice.
I would wait for the v12
I would just watercool.....Simpler and better.
that thing is masshousive
that heat sink is awesome, nice choice for this project!
Wow Bill, that case came out HOT!
Snickies! That heatsink probably weighs more than my whole H20-C7 project
Good choice for air cooling.
Fixed that for you.
Thank you, final assembly happens today
V12 is sure worth to wait for
Today I installed the machined aluminum case feet, available here
Compared to factory case foot
I posted video of the case after assembly, on my facebook page
I talked with Brian last night about painting the top of the cpu cooler, so it looks like an engine. I also installed this slotted vent for the side window
That vent is a perfect addition to the side window. Nice work Bill.
Ya, I always liked that vent Bill makes. Good stuff!!! Here are some more pictures Bill posted.
Love that colour. The HDD bay looks sweet with the black mesh, great colour contrast.
The Ferrari red is Gorgeous in person, Tom Selleck would even be envious
That sure is a sexy, sexy casemod.
ok you have no choice but to stealth the drives. there is no way you can leave a normal disk drive in there
TEC- "ok you have no choice but to stealth the drives. there is no way you can leave a normal disk drive in there"
You bring up a good point TEC! I was thinking of this too on the way to work a few days ago. I have two disk drives and a Temp monitor LCD going in the front. I mean, there really isn't an option at this point. I don't think 3 black covers in the front would break up the flow too bad..?
Stealthing your drives is pretty straight forward diy mod, theres several guides on line, like this one, http://www.casemodgod.com/ModGuides/StealthDrive/drivestealth.htm
