Keep going! Looks good :) Don't stress about the misunderstandings, you can communicated better than a lot of people on here, myself included ;)

@ JAxen: Its Sonax "Hardwax", but the paint itself was so shiny so the wax didn't do so much actually :).

    @ Mother-Gooser: Haha, didn't know that :D Thanks matey ;)

@ Bindibadgi: Hehe ok, well, I just want to be correct around here :), as you know I'm new at these forums, so I want to make a good impression.

That waterflow doesnt make any sence. If i were you i would put them in this order: pump-radi-vga-radi-cpu or just make two seperate pump-radi-vga, pump-radi-cpu. its just my oppinion and im not expert. But great work!

@ Lovejoy: Doesn't really matter, the difference is soo small. And 2 loops would take to much space.
And pump - rad - vga - rad - cpu - res - pump is not a better solution if we are going to mind those degrees. This setup would be the best, but not the most practical:

    Pump - BIX2 - Cpu - Bix1 - vga - res - pump

    Update 2/12 - 06

    Update 2/12 - 06

Ah, finally got something done today :)

The small rad have dried and the result is as awesome as on the other radiator.

Nice huh? (Yeah, there is a little miss by the screwhole, but it wont be seen anyway so.. :)

As I will use hinges for the front door, I want it to look nice when you open it. So I'm going to but some plexi that will be painted black on the backside. So hopefully it will be nice and shiny.

    Masktaped plexi.

    Draw out the lines
    [IMG]

    Jiggsawcut.

After some fine-tuning it was a nice fit.

Time to make a hole so I can acces baytank, dvd-driver etc.
    Marked out.

Bent some plexi to cover up some ugly areas of the case.
I will spray it black on the backside.

Screwed into place with some M4.

Ah, got a nice cut in my finger from something. Didn't notice until I looked at the finger :worried:

All for now. Think I'm going to work some tomorrow.

    Project continues :)

    Update 3/12 - 06

    Update 3/12 - 06

Okay, so, got some time today and worked on the case.

    Started painting the cover-up plexi.

And the finnish is.. yea
    It's like having a 5mm thick clearcoat layer :D
    [IMG]

This area is ugly, and will be covered up with a piece of plexi.

The camera focused on the reflections ;)

Made a hole with the jiggsaw in the front.

Made a hole in the frontbezel.

    Will use this tunnelthing.

    Made screwholes for the tunnel
    [IMG]

Both parts painted on the back. The finnish will be awesome :D
    [IMG]

    The tunnel painted.

Masktaped the 4mm plexi. The right piece will be used for the sidepanelwindow, and the other will be used for the front.
Used all the tape that was left :p
    [IMG]

    Marked
    [IMG]

It was a nice fit in the sidepanel, the plexi slid in under thos edges and will make the whole sidepanel more stable.

I must say special thanks from good pictures! :) It's pleasant to surf through topics like this when there's not too much images and they mostly rock!

The project and especially the paint surfaces look nice.
