wow, absolutely excellent work mashie!! great to see it up again in all its glory good work and way to stick to it
Dude loads props go out to you!!!!!! I would have been to pissed to go back and repair... i would have just attached M-80s to all the pieces and blown it up...but that's just me!!! Love the paint job on the legs and sides!?!?!?
Congrats Mashie!! You deserve a high 5 at least! That is some superb repair work, I can't tell it was broken!
Thanks, it is quite nice to have the bug back in on epiece again after it was well distributed over every available desk while being repaired. I'm not going to take any kind of action with AA, it isn't much to gain considering they don't claim any responsibility for anything of value. Instead thay lost a good customer, my next two flights to America have already been booked with other carriers instead... Oh btw, the next project has started, just need to get it going before I launch a new worklog.
Not me... but there is another reason for that too.. I live far a way from USA or any place where AA's plane stop
Mashie, Your work amazes me! <Theory> As AA had run out of luggage space they used a large catapault to "ship" your case </Theory> But one question? What happened to the bug eyed HDDs you made?
Not many waterblocks out there that will cool the RAM as well which will be needed. And considering the very low noise from the stock fan it doesn't really matter unless you plan to OC a lot.
Missed that! Shame the drives no work... In theory, if you left enough material to support the top of the spindle it should work... Real shame companies don't make windowed drives!
They don't make windowed drives with good reason. A hard drive isn't designed to work with a big hole in the top of it, that's why mashies hard drives don't work.
