Playing Fallout 4 like most people. Oh and I heard on Youtube that pornhubs traffic decreased 10% due to Fallout 4 launching
With my 1-2 hours of playtime, I probably play about 20-25 minutes of each: WoW Elite HoTS Oh, and Just Cause 2, Just 'Cause....
Battlefield 4, Assassin's Creed Black Flag, ARK and Binding of Isaac Picked up a copy of Battlefield 4 Premium last month for £6 so I've been playing that a little bit lately, so far it doesn't seem too different from Battlefield 3 though perhaps a little more chaotic. I haven't really touched a proper FPS (other than space sims) since early 2014 so it's a bit of an uphill challenge to get used to it all again... not that I was ever consistently good at BF3. Also picked up a copy of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag on my PS4 as I had a voucher for the store and have been replaying through the story. I'm mostly skipping cutscenes as I played through it a couple of times on the PC already, enjoying the naval travel and combat once again though. ARK's had a few massive updates recently and has much improved the performance, though if someone on your server has too many dinosaurs in their base then it still becomes a major lag-fest. Enjoying building little bases scattered around the land and occasionally looting other bases. I do think they need to change the log-off mechanics as it's going to piss off a lot of players that your character remains ingame when you're logged off (maybe make it an optional server setting if it isn't already)... otherwise you'll get someone who's an ass like me that drags another player's sleeping body across the map so they login to find themselves completely lost and in danger. Continuing to love the variety and replay value of The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth, Greed Mode is a nice break from the usual play style and generally results in a short 15-20 minute run. Two of the new bosses are an absolute pain with how many shots they fire in a short space of time.
Star Citizen alpha 2.0, Mad Max I've 'sort of' completed MGSV - I've completed the main missions and now have the second chapter to work through, which I'll dip in and out of as I've already spent a large amount of time in it. So still up to the usual in Star Citizen. Getting to know other members quite well and it's good to see that the community have great plans for the game. I've just started playing Mad Max and am enjoying it a lot! Although it wasn't intended to tie in with the latest movie, it does tie in with it, having ties to Immortan Joe and the War Boys. The game looks bloody fantastic and combat is brutal. As is custom nowadays, there is a lot of grimdark.
Bought Just Cause 3, as I loved JC2, but am finding JC3 very disappointing Too many of the toys are locked behind side-missions and stuff that I have no interest in doing. Will have to look around for a mod to unlock everything so I can try and enjoy the game! Also, got back into Diablo3 after quite a long break and absolutely loving it!
Been playing Insurgency. No BS, hardcore tactical shooter. its based on the Source engine so its no looker but I picked it up for £1 in the sale and its really very compelling. Trying to get some of my mates to play too.
Elite Horizons mostly but some Radial G last night as well. Play both with Oculus DK2, body vibration and HOTAS. I don't play non-VR games now.
A friend a mine has more than 800 hours on Ark survival. I was the one who told him about it before launch. He later bought me the game. I haven't gotten into yet because I'm waiting till it runs smoothly on VR. I liked Battlefield 3 a lot and put in many hours. Was totally not ready for BF4 and although I bought it I can't be bothered with it. Lost interest in DICE related games at the moment.
Been playing Fallout 4 and to be honest it has been a major disappointment. It feels little more than a large expansion pack for Fallout 3. I have still to figure out the rather complex mod system for guns so much so I do not do much of it. The power armour makes me feel cumbersome so apart from the beginning when you had to wear it, I store any I find in my house. I have no idea where the story went as I lost track so I am doing the quests that hopefully move the game on. I will finish it but will not hurry back to it.
I remember the original mod coming out around 2006/7 and quite enjoying it , more realistic than CS but didn't have a big enough community to keep it going.
I know I should like fallout 4 and it looks very good with vorpx + Oculus but it's too much of a time-sink for me. I'm sinking my time into Elite Horizons.
Xenoblade Chronicles X (Good bye Christmas) and JC3 JC3 is down right atrocious on the PS4. Its looks fine but the framerate is terrible. XC-X on the other hand is a masterpiece highlighting that the WiiU can produce the goods when backed by a competent developer.
Was given Helldivers for xmas... http://store.steampowered.com/app/394510/ that is taking up the bulk of my gaming time atm! 4-player co-op with lots of amusing friendly fire / self-harm opportunities
