Education So who's awake and why? One for us night owls.

Had a minor op on my nose today and it is blocked with blood at the moment which means no breathing through it.
OK you say breath though your mouth, this is a no no as due to radiation therapy a few years back destroyed most of my saliva producing glands so in about three breaths my mouth right down the throat is bone dry, making sleep tonight impossible.
Tomorrow I am allowed to gently irrigate the nasal passages which will hopefully clear the blood.

As an aside I have found that milk rather than orange juice is better at keeping my mouth a little more moist. I am thinking that this maybe the fat content coating everything and lasting a bit longer than orange water.

 

3 kids in bed, partner in bed, only peace and quiet i get!

 

Not mad late - but just finished (though not finished) three variations on garage design for a client to pick from.

 

Got yet another medical tomorrow. Sleep just isn't going to occur.

 

Sleep is just elusive tonight. Wide awake, headphones on and listening to Ironmaiden. I may as well make good use of this time.

 

What is this 'sleep', you speak of?

 

Sleep pattern is still fooked.

23:59 here ...like always talking to my girlfriend on whatsapp...later I am gonna watch a movie till 4 probably.. I also can't sleep in the night
