I was kinda thinking something along those lines. I maybe want to use a few UV lights inside to make the logo really glow. PS: He might not get this case, a lot of people have expressed interest in it. I might just have to make him something else
upon some thinking of the logo i think that you should just take the apple and have the bite out of it and the broken glass look it shouldn't be a skull and crossbones if its an anti-mac then it doesnt need to be pirated
Can't wait to see your actual build on this project, I thin your concepts look awesome! Nice mouse to, I have the R.A.T 9 and I don't regret getting it at all.
I'm lovin' the black and orange combo, with LED fans and maybe a cold cathode I think it will look great, the only other thing I notice is the fact the front panel buttons have gone from bulgin style on the first renders to just plain on the last ones- I'd swap them back personally.
I love my R.A.T. 7 Life happened. I bought a house, got engaged, money... but don't worry razer its coming! Thanks! I still plan on using bulgin style buttons even though the render doesn't show it.
Just throwing out a half-asleep thought here for the logo: Use a profile of a rubber duck, and you can call it a 'Quack.'
1. It will be based of a Lian-Li chassis and scratch built panels. (not a modified G5) 2. It will be a PC running windows 3. The design is intended to "mock" the Apple G5. It has hard lines and lots of exposed screws instead of the G5's smooth, clean lines. 4. The name isn't really important, Its just what I thought of when designing the case I am getting closer to the final manufacture ready design. So far a total of 108 screws just for the outside panels. I am still undecided on what I want to do with the front panel? Suggestions are always welcome!
Perfect. Edit: face: How about g5-ish mesh, but fade the hole size out to ~1/4" in the center. I haven't tried modeling that before, so I don't know how well it would work...
thats going to be alot of polygons put it on a different layer if you can so you can still move the model around
