How much are you wanting @ElThomsono?
Are you visiting shops or staying away at the moment?
I may be able to help too...

Just curious to try it, not enough to go out my way :hehe:

Waitrose claim to sell it and I need to post something today so I might nip in there and get some.

Ahhh, that sounds promising as I spotted that Waitrose sell it and you're not that far from one.

I go to Asda in Poole semi regularly for work, so there's potential there. I'd rather go there than the B'm'th station branch on my way home and Castlepoint is off my route.
I also can get to Waitrose in Parkstone if yours lets you down

Vocation Triple Hazy. Bit of a kick in the nads at a fiver a go. Probably shouldn’t have got a slab of them to be fair.

    10% too!

This is going down very well, it does not taste like a £4.95* bottle of wine...

    Everything?
Considering we went shopping for fresh veg for Chrimbo, and ended up spending £150 on booze, I'll be mostly drinking everything when I finish work Sunday night
(having to work 2 - 10pm Chrimbo Eve, Chrimbo Day and Boxing Day)

I'm having a glass of that Maker's Mark 46 you mentioned previously, it's decent!

I wish I'd picked up another bottle instead of this Canadian stuff.
It's not bad, but it's not anything special.

You live and you learn, I got some Remy Martin VSOP as the Courvoisier was so good, and it wasn't a patch on it :sigh:

Call me weird but do you ever just get excited for a large glass of cool water and drink it down without any chemical aftertaste from the tap?

It's a delicacy that I rarely get to enjoy what with the hard water available in Essex.

    Very Standard,
The water that comes out of our tap is so cloudy you could mistake it for weak milk. Add in all the other little floaty bits means we only drink bottled water.

Had the water board out and they’ve done some tests but never heard anything about it, chasing it up just ends up with being told that “further tests are required and they’ll be in touch”

Yeah, and virgin media are gonna call me back any minute now..

I love winter 'cos you get really cold water out of the taps. It's lovely.

Mind you, I'm lucky: the tap water here in Yorkshire is fantastic. I never buy bottled water, until work takes me down to That There London and I take my first gulp of London tap water... then immediately go out and buy bottled. Gah.

All the yes to this. I drink a LOT, partially because I like to and also due to one of my diabetes medications, and this time of the year is awesome for the tap water. Our water comes from a reservoir that is about a 15 min walk from here and the temperature really does change quite a bit over the year. My wife hates the tap water here, but I grew up drinking it and I'll happily go through a couple of 2l bottles during a warm day.

I try to drink two litres a day minimum but, like I say, the rare occasion where I really enjoy a cool glass of water without any aftertaste is always welcome. I might have to take a trip up to Yorkshire by the sound of it!
