At least this is in the awesome thread. That is good. Parenting is a hugely rewarding job but so hard. As a dad of 2 I can say that comfortably. It turns your life upside down. Just stick with it, remember that you're in it for life, and for the love of god don't be a dick. I know of a few people that have "done one" after having kids. It really makes me mad. One was one of my old best mates, needless to say he is no longer on my Xmas card list. I found a great forum for stuff when I found out I was going to be a dad, if you want to vent or anything, I can let you know the url.

It was an amazingly good game to watch. I just wish we had done a bit more. So close for both sides.

It was end to end for a while, brilliant england defence.

Just a dodgy front, rooney should have come off welbeck stayed on while carroll replaced rooney he just lost it too easy he is still not quite there.

Im satisfied with the performance i did'nt expect us to play so well if im honest it could have been a slaughtering, it would have been if we met germany in the semi!

Atleast i can sit back and enjoy the last games without swearing at my tv

Were we watching the same game?
I never really watch football, since I don't really like it.
However I watched this one, and I was so happy when Italy won, they deserved it without a doubt in my opinon, England were just rubbish in comparison all the way through.

And here I was hoping that England would lose in the finals. That way we would have had another 2 afternoons of dead roads and nobody shopping where I wanted to be plus there wouldn't be all the overdone clichés and hype had they won.

Also note that, although I am English, I said 'they' and not 'we'... That's because I wasn't on the $*%^ing pitch!! (<--- huge pet hate)

Got 17 books and 6 CDs (all the ones I've been hunting for) for a princely sum of $29 USD.

    I am beyond happy.
