I've yet to shower. Put that in your planning pipe and smoke it.

If it helps, I am an hour ahead timezone wise, and I did wake up three hours ago with nothing better to do.

Found all three of my very chunky silver bracelets. Had forgotten I even owned them tbh. Very happy to have them all on :)

Got a surprise message at gone 10 last night from my cousin who I have not seen for 9 years. He came down today with his beautiful girlfriend (he always has had tbh) was so nice to see him. This one is from Bermuda? something like that, and has an American accent. Total eye candy, but like I say he's always had girlfriends like that. I will use a quote from Eddie Murphy during one of his stand ups in the 80s.. "Have you ever had one of those women who are so beautiful they make you feel ugly?". He had this girlfriend once who was so stunningly amazing I could not even look at her. Like, I would look at the floor in her presence. Lucky sod lol.

So yeah, all in all a nice day so far. Didn't get to talk to him much because ma was bunnying on about some old crap. Nothing changes there lol. Will have him down once I'm in the new flat.

And I have to rate that company as totes useless, I asked them to look at all my credit cards and bank accounts (loans etc.) and they came back as no PPI on any of them.

By chance (forgetfulness) I went directly to my bank & CC suppliers a couple of weeks ago, so far I've found 3 instances of PPI and have so far been offered £3k on one, £500 on another and I'm waiting to hear back on the other 1.

Just go direct guys, it's free and not exactly rocket surgery.

Yeah. I went direct with my one and only PPI claim. It was super easy and didn't appear to take any extra time to process. Plus I didn't have to deal with anyone calling me three times a week asking about it, which was nice.

Sorry about that but, I ended up £18k net up. They must be inconsistent to say the least.

BTW, I have some mental health problems and just couldn't deal with doing it myself.

I used one of the companies 'cos I was 100% certain I didn't have any PPI, but figured it was worth the five minutes it'd take to fill in the form.

Result: A letter confirming that I don't have any PPI. Bah.

S'all good bud, nothing for you to apologies for, I gave them a punt as I saw them on here and more importantly they would take the smallest slice of the pie.

They dropped the ball with me and have earnt themselves nothing in commissions as a result, but as a salient point it may be worth others checking themselves or through a.n.other claims company if they've been told they don't have PPI, as you never know and it costs nothing but a couple of minutes to start the process

I'm with Gareth. I didn't even realise that I had PPI on an old credit card until I got a £1500 cheque in the post. I've always made a point of saying no to that kind of thing in the past, so I just assumed that I don't have squat. If nothing comes back from reclaimppi then I'll check a few others, just to be sure.

Snapping photos of the old machine this evening to sell, took a sneaky one of the new.

Returned the Cherry Strait keyboard to it's rightful place on my desk. I know mech boards are supposed to be the be all and end all, but this thing is my keyboard platonic life partner.
