    It's BandForce you fools!

    I will never win, simply because I am in Quebec, and like all prizes winning draw like these, Quebec is always excluded. I see no different from this one, even though it's not mentioned. I don't want to cause problems :/

    Yet you ask what country you are from and give a huge list to choose from.

    The least you could do is TELL THE "UK-RESIDENTS ONLY"-BS more clearly instead of hiding it behind a couple of links.

    Oh they hide that very well indeed. In fact I haven't found a way to yet, only to opt out when they contact you as hidden here;
    You will ALWAYS be given a straightforward way to opt out from our direct marketing each time you receive a communication from us or one of our advertising partners.

    Competitions like this are not direct marketing. That refers to mailshots, etc.

    Your phone number and email address are mandatory so we can contact you if you win. Hmmm.
    I've nothing against marketing, direct or otherwise, but these competitions have very stinky privacy policies in my opinion.

    As an aside, companies should differentiate between illustrating their opt-OUT policy (for telephone and physical mail marketing) and their opt-IN policy (for email marketing). This is a requirement of the DPA.
