So my boogie bug XL mouse mat arrived....
Doesn't look completely ridiculous under everything mind;
Wait till that badboy gathers dust
Thats when you start seeing the negative side to a massive mousepad
Although getting a wet cloth over it cleans it up good as new
@ Stickeh - Im interested in one of those bad boys, what are your thoughts on the thing?
@Mankz - I've just got one too (pictures of my new setup coming soon) and I'm really impressed with it - a lot more mouse freedom. Really smooth surface too - almost shiney. I like the fact it's thinner that my old mouse mat too (3mm compared to 5mm). Also I have a glass-topped desk and it's great to keep the forearms from being freezing when typing / gaming!
Heres my new setup (see sig)
I bet you are wishing that badboy had been rolled from the other side.
Loving the heavy use of "badboy" in 3 of the last 5 posts.
Trend setter yo
Wow, after seeing a new one I just realised how dirty mine is. I have had it for years and it still works great, even after many spillages. Definitely one of my better PC investments, especially considering the price.
I will have to buy a new one just to smarten up my desk
dude.. thats what they invented the tissue for.. not the over sized mouse mat..
Are you really Porkins' Wingman?
Seriously?!?!? You want me get up and source some tissues when I have a perfectly good huge absorbent mat right here... you crazy fool!
Nah, got a pair of bionic wrists though..
Left to right (top): 21" monitor, webcam, phone, TV remote, 19" TV/monitor, issue 105 of Custom PC, 19" monitor
Left to right (bottom): laptop, xbox 360 (with media remote), PC xbox controller, drink, Gigabit switch and wi-fi (behind drink), 2 xbox charging things (four controllers), keyboard, mouse and mousemat (with paper dimensions on: woo!)
Nice displays and magazine.
Thanks I paid a grand total of £20 for the far left and far right screens, well worth it (and more!)
Do you mind if I ask where you got them?
A friend of mine has had some bad luck buying cheap used monitors.
My sister's boyfriend got them from work and flogged them cheap
Try chucking your old one in the washing machine first to see how it turns out. I've heard that it's possible, but not 100% There's a number of us with the same mat, and I'm sure we'd all like to know if it's machine washable.
