Against my better judgement, I am going to hold onto my 2205 physical collectors edition, you are correct, about the relative value of it.

Once your excitement has subdued on release, I fully expect you to give me the 'honest' view of is it any good please :D

I detest uplay, and Ubisoft but I won't punish bluebyte for that, Anno 2070 was a great game after all.

Only one on ebay and it's £50, another two on amazon for the same price. Nice box the stuff comes in, but I aint paying another £50 just for a box, :D, especially when I've got the game already and paid pretty much full price when it came out (got it from Game at I think £25).

Really looking forward to it now, especially after refreshing myself with a few hours on 2070, got me back into it again, :D.

Just hope it's got enough to not get boring too quickly, suppose I can always go back to 2070.

Yea I caved, CE purchased. For anyone who wants the normal version, it's £20 on cdkeys iirc.

Modular stuff did make me think of SimCity, but that's not a bad thing IMO, i liked that about it. Hopefully the special resources won't be too restricted.

Aww com'on gunsmith, you can't leave us hanging around with a comment like that! :p

Mine has also been shipped, hopefully since it's with UPS maybe it won't be kicked like my ME3 CE was.

    :p

i obviously cant say much because of nda's and stuff but BUT it still has the anno complexity from what ive played, its just shifted away from boats/transport and into city/plant management.

Fair enough. That might not be a bad thing in terms of the change in focus, as long as the complexity is still there.

When Ubi send over your CE copies, if you plan to open them, can you please check the disk and confirm if it actually has install files on it?

So is each of these zones (temperate, arctic, moon etc) now basically like each island in 2070? Or are there still islands in temperate zone? Or is it broken down into sort of sub zones with different resource availabilities in each?
Know there won't be islands on the moon or arctic, :D.
