Thanks bulldog, yes the idea was to get clean looking but have all the switches and buttons aswell.

I really didnt wanna get too arty farty and spoil things.

No doubt i will try a few things at later date, maybe a fancier top grill?

Top fill ports, wont go into how much hasstle it was to get 2 blue fillports, was only 1 available, but mate found some for me.

they are a touch out of align, as i guessed where to put em, not knowing a split res would come out.

silly powdercoater coated top with grill in, although i told him to remove it first... grrrrr

This frustrated me a little, i had no psu to work out how deep to mill down for the psu, so i guessed (eeek) at 6mm, should of done it 5mm, however allows me to sit the psu on a neoprene mat now.

Top front left i milled down 1.5mm this allows me to fit my usual engraved badge.

Right, Sorry pics a bit out of sequence.

But am posting in an hour what has taken me prob on/off a year to do.

Was made redundant a whiles back (working now though).

Now i really want my artworked panels back, but gotta wait.

Your now as upto date as what i am.

I hope you enjoyed viewing this log as much as i did making the project.

quick teaser of part of the artwork.

Note this is a ref pic only

Ok thats it, but to keep you keen heres a pic of Monster3 Work in Progress.

Its minor 0.1mm changes etc etc, to monster2 and a few extra options, like the modular panels at rear etc.

Ive not got that far, but no hurry on this project.

Looking through the pics, the more of this I see, the more I like it. The front looks wicked. I think the res looks better with out the cover on, but I'd like to see it lite up before saying that for definite. Either way it still looks good.
