Just had my best Jet game ever. Went 32-7 and got two medals, as well as the 5 service star medal I got in the previous game. Me happy.

I can't be sure since I don't play rush too often, but I do feel much slower and less maneuverable when using the rush jets. However, this can be a great thing against ground targets (especially with the main cannon and dumb fire rockets) since that will give you plenty of time to get a nice long dive in and obliterate your target. If the rush jets are slower, then they're seconded only by the F35 which can perform an aerial stop and basically turn into a floating death turrent xD (horrible in dog fights, but excellent if you're trying to hit something that moves slow like choppers and tanks).

Been getting back into the swing of things (finally put Skyrim down for a bit) and I'm trying to work up my recon class. I'm essentially 100% green with Recon and am having troubles really earning a significant amount of points. Any recons out there with some tips?

I got my first jet service star and I just started flying 3-4 days ago. In total I have 8 hours flying and only 103 kills but I really had fun do it since I'm normally ground pounding.

Be thankful you're doing recon now, for the first month or more T-UGS gave no motion spot points so you couldn't get anything extra until the MAV. Oh and put your spawn beacon up in handy places for +10 points when someone spawns on it. EDIT: It was mate!

I got the Recon Service Star using the M39 and an ACOG. Flew up to 500 kills on that in short order. Accurate, fast firing, hits like a mule. Putting down a TUGS in the right spot makes all the difference for pulling in decent scores too.

I don't see how recon is a hard class to use.
1. Stay back 2. Aim for head 3. ???? 4. Profit Most of my headshots are within 200 meters. With my L96, I have 775 kills, 644 of which are headshots (~83%)

![]() Keeping an eye on a tank getting hit is always fun to give an engineer a surprise when he gets out to fix it thinking the coast is clear.

question:
in the cpc clan, there are top scores per minute for each type right? engineer, support, recon etc these are listed under stats now, 99.9999% of the time all i do is snipe. i have been in jets for approximately 2 hours if you added it all up which isnt long. my score per minute is 282, and orcaGT, the current leader of the reacon spm is 277 i would like to know, why am i not leading this? is it really a case of playing in the jets for such a short time has offset my spm in recon this much, or is it just bugged? how to i find out what my TRUE score per minute in recon is, as it only shows overall on my profile if you dont understand what im saying just ask and il clarify
