    If these zombies are the Night of the Living Dead type, shufflers and groaners, I would have a go at the Zombie Walk that Frank West gets at level 50 and just stroll on past them....or.....whilst shuffling past them, pop each one in the head with a Ruger .22 pistol with integral silencer. Being such a low calibre round, the report when firing would be quiet enough to not attract attention and the round probably won't have the energy to exit the skull once in, so it should just bounce around and give their brain a proper mashing!
