I had the bear trap bmx pedals back in the day, they tore the leg of my jeans bottom to knee, superb grip though :thumb:

I'm trying to work out if that is a pedal or a bear trap

Edit: reads earlier posts, bear trap repeating fail :duh:

That's a solid set but the bit selection annoys me, it has perhaps three PZ2 (sensible) but to have both torx and security torx but only one slotted but is a pain. Beautiful little ratchet though.

Love this set. Lucked into one many years ago when it was written off by a visiting European team that couldn't be arsed to lug their tools back. I think a solid half of my current tool collection came from that one assignment. No one seems to ditch torque wrenches tho...

long story short i had an amazing draper ratchet screwdriver set some 20 years ago and then lost it somewhere, never found a decent once since and my sub par replacement just asploded on me lastnight. tbh i was only really after the screwdriver but when i saw both of them going for under a 100 notes i might have thrown my wallet at my monitor.

Is this different to the Carbonaut pad? Newer version?

No these are thermal pads for GPU memory/VRMs etc

I have a 3090FE Vector waterblock but I cannibalised the supplied pads for testing/experimenting, because I had an hunch there were much better pads available than the EK stock pads. The limited testing I did showed a few degrees difference when using the pads on GPU aircoolers and, given the hideous cost of the GPU block, I thought "why not push the performance advantage a little further?".
