Well enough teasing. :) Aqua-Pc's hassled Eddie to specially make me a nickel plated 8800 cooler to match the rest of my mobo set. :thumb: Cheers guys!
I will let you :eeek: now. I must apologise for the poor pics but i got home late from work and i could only use indoor lighting to take the shots. Will post some more in daylight when i get the time.

Got round to taking some pics of the block in daylight as the others just dont do it justice.

No other update im afraid as i seem to have pulled an arm muscle playing squash and so sanding/polishing is out of the question. :(

Too bad about your arm. Let's hope for a fast recovery.

BTW, it seems it needs some lapping over there... too many machining marks... ;)

It's a slow afternoon at work so i thought i would post to say that i am expecting to finish the outer case (sanding & polishing) and inner cage this weekend so stay tuned. I applied the last coat of clearcoat (over the black paint) to the inner cage yesterday afternoon and so hopefully will be sanding this down and polishing on Sunday.

Fingers crossed for good weather in London this weekend!

For people who want to get the nickel plated Ek blocks, for 8800 series block the nickel plating should cost about 10€ more than the normal version, so it's not that bad :hehe:

The mod is looking better by the day btw.
