Well the Monster Magnet gig I was supposed to go to got cancelled cos Dave W took an overdose :( But the Pitchshifter gig was good, J kicking me in the face, not so good.... I forgot I'm old & went down to the pit for a laugh :D

Got a Senser (old skool) gig tonight & then it's off to see Robots in Disguise, BIB & Piranha Deathray on Monday at Nambucca :D

    Bit of a thread revival-
Saw The Subways for the 2nd time last wednesday, with the Sunshine Underground being one of the supports (I swear the abuse they inflicited on the cowbells was verging on illegal).
Also got the Automatic and Babyshambles (depending on Pete's ability to avoid court) and the Holloways coming up.

Damn you damn you damn you! Wish I was still up that way. I got the email about the new Old Brewery venue and the upcomings and was positively gutted.

I did see PE at the Forum last year and they were just superb. Especially considering their ages now. Brilliant show.

Of the others; would LOVE to see Soulwax/2ManyDJs. :( Saw Rahzel with the Roots few years back, he's awesome.

Can't help you with getting them, but I hope you find some. Saw Muse at the Eden Project down in Cornwall a few weeks ago, was absolutely amazing, and I'll never forget it. If anyone gets the chance to see them, just do.

Have my tickets booked for Cardiff for the 12th November, 2 days after my birthday :D going to be great.

Are they in Hey Molly or Nixon and the Burn? My friends and I only went in to the arena around half way through the NatB set. They were alright, sounded promising but Hey Molly were better, as far as we could tell from the beer tent anyway :p
