Ditto here. Sure it's great at picking stuff up... which is why we've got to untangle the damn thing so often

Good job those were cheap curtains. Lol

This was empty besides the Thai 7 spice before I did those 2 little bits. And I did it on the normal suction not the super powered setting.

I'm often overly thorough, which is why it takes me so dam long to do anything to my rig. :hehe:

    * Looks at i7 3770 rig, notices the only upgrade since it was released is a 1080 and nods in agreement *

It took me 3 months to tear down and rebuild my rig last year when I upgraded the Mobo, CPU, ram and added a second fan controller .I was gutted when my gpu block delayed as I wanted it in before division 2 was released. Still, by the time I've put this 980Ti in they'll have sorted most of the bugs.... :worried: ..... :hehe:

Speaking of which, pondering some things while staring at my rig, my eyes were cursed by the cheapo pci riser I've got, poking out the bottom with it's ugliness. Can't be having that about when my sexy new block arrives :nono:, so

Went with a fractal one as they're a decent company and is same make as my case so should be a nice length for a good fit, even if it's meant for an R6.

I've been meaning to get one of those for my R6 ... just haven't got the time right now.

Yesterday, as some of you know, was my birthday. It was one I will be sure to remember for the rest of my life. The stars aligned and everything just went ... exactly as I'd hoped. Tax returns came through, I am now billing my ol' man for my time as his remote IT support (his idea, not mine!) and I am getting a double pay cheque tomorrow for extra good measure. Hooray!

I ended up with a new truck and I am over the moon with joy. It's an absolute beauty. I am paying a little more than I wanted to, but it was worth it to me.

I went with the dark red as it was the only one they had at the dealer. I originally wanted a black or dark granite one, but this one spoke to me more and I fell in love when I saw it. The lighting isn't great as it is gloomy (snow as always in OH!) but it is a stunning colour. I have the equipment level 1 installed which means it has the 8.4" touch screen, the biggest (seen below) wheels and that particular style too, as well as an opening back window that's electric, folding mirrors and much more. I'll throw up some pictures of the inside when I get them.

She's lovely but I always loved GMCs. I think my dream truck would either be the Lightning or the Chevy SSR (yup, someone actually loved those).

Not really a latest purchase, but I'm brassic so I've just been rootin' through the safe looking to swap out my usual daily carry (Boker Plus Tech Tool 1 Heinne Edition) for something I haven't used in a while.

    IMG_20190215_091150.jpg
It's meant I can not only drop the Boker, but I can also remove the Leatherman Style PS, Gerber Shard, and Victorinox Classic Alox from my keyring - though I hope I don't need to pry anything any time soon, 'cos the Shard is fantastic for that.

And yes, I desperately need to cut my nails...

Aye, pocket change lol. Nice though.

    I got this.

Turbine brush. Apparently the one on the Dyson is crap on carpet as it has no brush. I read some reviews, and that one is supposed to be very good but apparently the adapter twists out easy. So for that I have this :D

Nice looking motherboard from Gigabyte but I've never got on with their BIOS/UEFIs.

Probably the most exciting bit of kit due to hit my doormat tomorrow is this...

EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 FTW3 ULTRA

    Also opted for the shield...
