Wrong! I find they make a very good clothes horse, while they await the generation of an adequate quantity of will power.

    Think I'm misreading this bit.

Surely they get up at some point.

To go with this when it arrives

Never used Gog, hopefully it'll play ok via the applicable launcher in Linux when I ditch windows in October (if not before).

Of course, my motherboard RMA is nowhere near complete, so I'm running it on the MS-A1 via the Oculink dock. Seems pretty cooland quiet under load, on the dock at least.

270 Euros for 3 bottles of champagne & 3 bottles of wine.

I hardly drink anymore (honestly!), but with a move to a (to us) new house and a new position at work coming very soon, I want to have something around to celebrate if I feel like it.

This'll likely last until late summer & my wife and I will enjoy every drop of it.

Anker P40i earbuds. Not bad, ANC and transparency mode both are solid for the price

Have to say, I bought the P20i's for fifteen quid iirc just because I needed something quick.

For the price, I think they're cracking. Been very impressed for the money.

I can only imagine the 40i's with ANC are decent too.

You and I now have the same glasses. I too went for a backup pair but they have UV activated tinting.

And a day later, because I didn't read up enough on it:

Used it to cut the top off a small tree that was brushing worryingly against my internets cable coming into the house. Surprised at how effective it was.

Might use it to fulfil some Dexter fantasies...

I just bought an extendable one so I can attack a neighbours branches that are starting to invade my garden, gladly he's totally cool with it and he wants rid of the trees one day.

Gonna channel my inner Ash (Evil Dead) without scaring the neighbours

I bought one late last year, because it was markedly cheaper than hiring a tree surgeon.

Same. It had paid for itself the first time I used it.

Got rid when I moved, as the only overhanging trees are the *massive* ones behind us - it wouldn't reach even the lowest branches, and they're under a TPO anyway.
