    Dirt definitely works on 64 bit 7, unless the Steam versions different. I picked it up retail a couple of weeks ago and it runs just fine. I have Manhunt too but I didn't like it that much so it's not been on the 7 rig yet.

    tried it today, it crashes as soon as you try and start a race. ill have a play around woth compatibility options tomorrow but it seems fubared

    It really doesn't work with Windows 7 x64. I've tried it myself and it crashes at the same place. Codemasters don't have a fix for this.

    I'm not having any issues with DiRT on Win7 64Bit.

    I'm on the second or third tier with no issues.


    The only game not working is FUEL, but that's because they ran out of keys or something.
    I had to patch up the registry and reboot for TOCA 3 to work, but I got it to work.

    Is it multiplayer only? I wouldn't mind downloading it through Steam, bashing out the single player all weekend and then not having to buy it.

    I bet it's because their DLC sales are sht and they want to get new players in the game.

    Just brought the Civ IV pack, never played any other games in the series, though I generally like Strategy games, and I remember the game got pretty good reviews when it came out.

    What do you think of it? I'm the same as you, in that I also generally like strategy game, but have never got around to playing the civ series. Is it worth getting?
