    Update 16.

The idea was to leave the house early this morning but i forgot that me my wife and my 2 kids had to go to meet these guys at my wifes work.

After some dancing and singing and some presents i made it home in 1 piece. :D
So i put on my working gear and drove to the shop to make the case feet.

First i took 2 aluminium pipes and got started to make the standoffs.

The diameter was too big so I had to reel them off and cut them on the right lenght.

Then i made the plastic feet.

Then ik took some black m8 countersunk hex bolts to mount the feet.

This is how the case feet fit together.

Then i mounted them on the case and this is how they look.

    Update 17.

The case feet gave me a bad feeling so then there is only one thing to do and thats make new ones.

This morning i went early to the shop and started on the new case feet.

Each feet is made out of 10 pieces of 1.5mm steel.

First i spotwelded the pieces together.

The i cut out the side pieces.

    Further with spotwelding.

The spotwelding is done now its time to finish them.

Now thats done lets do some sanding.

Then i drilled and coutersunk the mounting holes.

Now the feet are ready i cut the 2 side pieces and spotwelded all the pieces together.

Some sanding again and then i mount the case feet on the case.

    This is how it looks.

Im happy with the endresult so the case feet are finaly done. :D

    This was it for today.

I really like that second go at the feet .... much better integration with the case , really looks like they are part of it rather than added on :)

Not to say that the first set of feet weren't well done (they were) but I'm glad you decided to change them. This new set look much better with the case :thumb: Excellent build.

The chassis looks amazing! Great design inside and out. Great job overall. Keep it up!

The mobo tray design is simply brilliant. :jawdrop: Intelligent even, it provides for a great show of the main parts of the rig and utilizes space inside the case way more efficient than our standard cases.

Excellent case design. I love the both exterior and interior so far. I wish I had one similar.

If all 12 blowers were 120mm I would say that this one is the best case airflow wise I have ever seen. Are 92s the second set from the bottom?

About time I subscribed to this masterclass of outstanding fabrication :), would be a sweet dream being able to weld this nicely :) nice layout too & I actually like the multi heart grills, good idea for a grill :D.

Welding looks a lot of fun once you get awesome at it like you :).
