still havnt got me polish yet:sigh: but i have done a bit more alluminium work:D

i kept thinking how to hide the main atx plug for the motherboard and after looking at the way jokkos did der_meister it gave me an idea, why not cover them with a plate of some kind.
after a bit of head scratching thinking how to do it i came up with this

i had to prop me 8800gtx up on a bit of scrap plexi so it sat there to make sure i had the correct clearence around the card.

still not decided on weither to cut some slots into the alluminium like the fan grill or just leave it plain, once its all polished up it should reflect the res nicely

please give me ur opinions on weither to slot or not?????

no slots- cause you would see the cables you want to hide behind it
that case is looking better and better ever time i see it

    thanks for the comment man:thumb:
i was thinking just polish it but don't want it too look like im being lazy by leaving it plain,if i did cut the slots in id put the tinted plexi behind it the same as im gonna do for the KHANAGE along the top of the case.

ive got some ideas about lighting the res already:D and im hoping the cables will fit in the slot under the card, once the heatsinks off an the water blocks on it should give more room,if not then i'll adjust it as i go

i was thinking that but ive got a striker extreme mobo an thats black so i dont think it will stand out too much an dont wanna do away with it caus or the pcb of the graphics card.
with all the water cooling tube thats gotta be installed i doubt you will notice it anyway

I think if the metal panel was black, it would fit in much better. It would go with PCB's and the insides of the case. Keep the silver and shiney for the logos ect.

still not too sure what to do with the wiring cover yet tho, like the idea of polishing it caus it'll reflect the res nice but also like the idea of painting it black to tie in with the rest of the inners

The Khange looks excellent :thumb: and +100 votes (i have a petition) for cutting slots in that cover, then polishing it and then putting the tinted plexi behind it, as you said above  If a tiny bit of detail can be seen through the plexi then that would look ok, but if you wanted nothing to be seen then you can just paint black behind the tint, and the tint will not be see through at all - just 100% blue mirror tint :)

That will blend in with Khanage perfectly. There is enough black in the case already, painting the cover black will just mean having too much black i think.

Slots with a K, like what you have on the polished K grill, would look excellent & blend in nicely i think
