    Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?:eyebrow:

SketchUp File: C>Program Files (x86)>Google>Google SketchUp (6-7 which ever)

SketchUp Plugins File: C>Program Files (x86)>Google>Google SketchUp (6-7 which ever)>Plugins

I hope this well help you. Installation is usually straight forward...so try it again and it should install.

You can also check your SU task-bar under "Plugins" to execute the plugin you want.

is there a way to push multiple holes through? I have multiple circles drawn for vents, but it takes forever pushing each one through individually...

only by drawing all the holes you want on a flat surface, deleting the hole's centres, and then pulling the flat surface to be thicker.

    hope that makes some sense.

darn...I have a case model I am working on, and the surface is curved, so I don't think I would be able to redo it...

How to merge/combine/blend two components into one?

I have a component made from two other components that I'd like to combine into one. Specifically, I want to delete/combine/merge/blend(?) the vertical seam separating the two sub-components of this board:

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hey Spotswood, I hope this is what your looking for so...

Start by selecting one or more components you wish to edit.

Right click on the component and select "Explode"

This will make any "Grouped" or "Component" editable.

You are now able to edit, regroup or make a new components within your model.

That's it. I hope this is what your looking for.

Or you can press the middle mouse button, then additionally press the left mouse button. Works great as long as you make sure that you press middle first!

Anybody know where I can find a model of a GTX200 series Nvidia card? I've checked the 3D warehouse and closest one is a 8800GTS 512. Which I suppose I could use in a pinch.

    :)

I'm not sure whether it's polite to first-post with a request but would anyone know where I can find a HAF 932 Sketchup model?
And perhaps a DFI P45/X48 Dark motherboard?

    TIA.

Great model Asulc, here is a little tip for you.

I noticed that the heat pipes on top still have some sectioned lines at it's tip, I don't know if that's is intentional but if you would like to get rid of them....

    - Select the pipes
    - Click on then to be edited and select all in that group
    - Right click on the mouse and select "Soften/Smooth Edges"
    - In the dialog box move the slider till you see the line disappear.

I do this a lot to give the models a more smoother and cleaner look.

    Keep it up bro.:thumb:

I think I'll start to make my fan grill designs (created in SU) available to you guys if you like. Designed mostly by me under the NorthWater name and marketed be Kickboxes. I have over 100 original grill designs and that includes single 120mm, dual 120mm and tri 120mm grills. These grill I think are still on the market so I guess they qualify to be added to the collection. Jez let me know if they will be ok?

SAMPLE: This is a rendered image but the grills are all in SU files.

Let me know guys if you would want them and I'll create "Grill Packs" maybe 10 or 20 in each pack.

Alright sweet that worked great. I was wondering why your models didn't have those lines.

I don't know how to upload the model to the sketchup component collection though, if you want it...
