Required a LOT of fast speaking not to get punched by the hangoverish bloke.
still giggling over that Jipa
Only weird dream I've ever really had was pretty scary lol It was when I was still living at home with my parents.
In my dream I'd just woken up (felt completely awake) but I couldn't move. Completely paralised. And I could feel some sort of presence in the room with me even though I couldn't see any one.
Tried shouting for help but my voice was too muffled. At which point I appeared to have actually woken up, still couldn't move though. Totally freaked out I somehow found the strength to roll out of bed and slowly crawled to my parents bedroom, all the while I could feel something following me, supressing my movements. I managed to get to my parents room, knocked the door open.
And woke up, completely drenched in sweat, and somewhat terrified at my superbly realistic dream lol
Happens to a lot of people. Thankfully hasn't happened to me, yet.
As close as I ever got to that was when we had two boxers that slept on my bed. When I was laid up in a body cast and leg in cast, I'd fallen asleep, woke up and couldnt move at all (granted it was limited movement anyhow) low and behold the boys were snoring and trumping as per either side of me, wedging me in under the duvet.
I had one really bizarre dream about a year and a half ago, while I was living in Turkey. All it was, was a rock. Nothing special, no writing on it, nothing crazy in the background of the area. I was in a desert-type area, and there was just this rock. But, for some reason, it was the most terrifying thing ever. I remember waking up, in a sweat, and screaming out loud, "what's with that rock? I never want to see that rock again." I went back to sleep almost a minute later and there it was again. Nothing had changed. Just this rock..... I woke up, my heart beating nearly out of my chest, sweating and breathing heavily, and stayed awake for the rest of the night. And I am so serious about this..... seems silly. But......
More recently however, a zombie dream. It was me, my brother and my girlfriend. We were trying to find shelter and came across a few of my other friends. I had a handgun, not sure what caliber, but it had a touch screen code on it I had to put in to shoot, if I didnt use it for a few seconds, the screen locked, similar to a touch screen phone. It actually was my touch screen phone. Anyway, I kept managing to get the phone-gun unlocked to shoot off the zombz, until one had gotten my girlfriend. I watched the whole thing happen, then tried to unlock it as she turned, which was almost immediately. I kept hitting the wrong codes and having to retry as she advanced on me. At the last second, right before she got to me, I got the code right and put 3 right in her head.
I have a lot of dreams that stick out to me, but these two were the more recent ones next to my fallout 3 dreams.
I remember this dream I had a few years ago which I was thinking about a while ago. Well, the part I always remember is that somehow my ass caught on fire and the was a pddle on the floor (must've been raining or something). Anyway for some reason I felt I need to confirm with someone that putting my ass in that puddle would put out the fire.
Has anyone had any similar experiences? Like where you seem to have no common sense.
And what's up with running in dreams? Ive had a lot of this and heard it's common. Where running seems impossibly hard. I cant even explain what it feels like.
A few weeks ago I dreamed that I was at the gas station filling up with gas. The station is a full serve station so they fill it for you and they'll clean your windows if dirty and stuff. Well in my dream I was sitting in my car waiting for it to be done before I go in to pay, and the person started cleaning my windshield and for some reason I didn't want them to. Somehow I wasn't able to talk or get out and stop them. I don't know I felt kind of paralyzed so I was just waving my hand at them to go away from inside the car.
That's when I woke up... waving and flopping my hand around in the air.
been hovering between sleep and awake for the past week or 2.. but I do remember having a dream about a monkey and it was in a prison shower running around
