the rims are too big. I like 18-20" on car and 22-24" on a truck but anything over is just plain dumb

 

Looking at them I'd guess they're 18's. Much bigger than that and they start to rub.

It was a bummer having to give it back! Very nice car. Got another demo car next weekend

 

It's an S16 Pretty rare now as there was only 1250 produced for the Uk and not many black ones either.

They are 17" with 40 profile tyres It's just kinda low (too low it i'm honest but it was like that when I bought it, when the dampers and springs need changing I will probably get slightly longer springs. It's also parked on a slope which is making the back look lower than it normally is.

 

Mmm... S16 cheesecake. I love special editions, Rallye and S16 are words that make my groin tingle.

 

Yeah the S16, Gti6 and Rallye are special cars most people under estimate what they are capable of.

These catch a few people out to:

Definitely one of the best modifications on the car, Brembo 4 pot brakes from a 406 V6 coupe (yes there is only about 1-2mm clearance between the spokes and the caliper)

 

For clean check out ISCA from the US. Not all are show only. Motor heads detail cars just as much as modders fret over cable management.

The lady across the street said my 1970 454 El Camino's engine compartment was cleaner than her kitchen.

Never did eat at her house. HMMMMM?

Mmm... Brembo's. What are the discs? Nice pattern to 'em.

Know what you mean about underestimating the Rallye's and S16's - not great in a straight line, but on the twisty's they're unstoppable. What ever happened to a Peugeot that handles well?

Why does it have transparent wheels on the left side, but not on the right?



And yeah, that is one butt ugly car.

 

Better question in my mind is "Why does it exist?"
