Here is my 2005 Cadillac CTS I just bought a week ago. I cleaned it friday afternoon/evening.

im not a student anymore.

and yeah it was expensive.

i figure in 6 years or so i can sell it and use it for a down payment on a CTS-V possibly.

 

I really like the shape of the first-gen CTS - it's completely distinctive. I've only seen two in the UK (by the time it gets here the price advantage over an E-Class or 5-Series is utterly negated) and I think they're one of the few non-retro American shapes that stands the test of time. The wheels are about 2" too small for the arches, but other than that, a great looking car.

 

thanks. i had found out the tires that are on the car right now are winter tires. so in spring i will be buying some summer tires. im thinking i will be going with 18" or possible 19". depends on looks and cost and performance.

this thing goes fast too.

a CTS-V exhaust will be a good purchase for it in the future. and a CTS-V grill and HID conversion.

 

Nice caddy Talladega, and I just noticed the Manitoba plates, what part do you live in? You're essentially my neighbor to the North.

im about 15 minutes north of the CAN/US border along highway 32.

Nice, I'm about 17 miles from the Canadian border. It looks like we're probably a few hours away, seeing Highway 32 runs into Eastern North Dakota. Small World, lol

 

woah, i just google mapped ur town. yeah ur like way on the west side.

 

Do you always park it under those trees? Tree sap, bird crap etc.... ugh! Bad for your paint!

no..... just parked it there for pics. No other place to take pics of it.

 

My new Focus RS. I would add more photos, but a lot of them include models draping over the car (I run a pretty successful car club. We're mag-featured and we go to dozens of car shows every year.), so I'm not sure if that would break forum rules or not So this one will do for now.

 

Love the RS! Proper weapon.

Also, here's one of my car club at our first organised meet in Surrey. We ended up taking over a whole retail park with over 400 cars attending and magazines wanting to talk to us left, right and centre Good times...

 

I would be wary of those girls.. Their heels are awefully close to the paintwork..

That really is a sweet car, I wuold love to have one.

 

Actually their heels were nowhere near. The photographer is very good with optical illusion Trust me, pointy shoes go nowhere near the car.

 

Sir you've bought a chav dog magnet, i suggest you relocate to an area with proper totty!

Maybe its the bad lighting, but those gals look proper rough.

 

As nice as it is for someone to want to take piccies I've never seen the attraction in draping ladies on vehicles. Mixing two very different pleasures right there.
