Thanks for the nice comments everyone. :thumb:

Well there is a very big, and yes, I'll say it, quite painful story to the photography. I don't mind admitting that I am a terrible photographer. The only good photos I've ever taken were by pure chance. I just haven't got a clue. :hehe: I started taking photos of this finished project over a week ago. I've tried every kind of lighting, indoor and out. Every kind of background, the list goes on. As usual I think if I take enough photos, then, I will by pure chance get some that accurately reflect the real life appearance of this case. Getting some nice shots of details were successful in several instances but getting a good pic of the whole case was elusive. This really hurt because the case is sitting here on the desk next to me and it looks really nice. I just haven't been able to capture that look.

Here are some color photos. The reason why I removed the color was because matching the color and tonal balance between shots was beyond me. So I just decided to remove the color. The other problem was the random and ugly reflections in the panels. This actually made the shape appear different in many photos. So I have been unsuccessful in really giving you an accurate impression of what this looks like in real life. I may just make a video in the future but right now I'm beat.

Here the lit up area of the rear bulkhead and top are quite close to accurate.

So you can see how the colors in all these shots are quite different, especially comparing a full case shot with some of the detail shots. Have a look at the last two pics, the last one is the more accurate. How I got the shots that are close to accurate, I wouldn't have a clue. So this is why I removed all the color.

When you look at porn (which I'm sure you never, ever do of course; I'm just being hypothetical, right? Right? But just sayin' you do, 'K?) do you worry about the white balance and accurate colour reproduction too? No? Same difference. So just keep taking them pics, boy!

I can't say any better what everyone has already expressed.
So rather that repeat the fawning your work is getting, I'll just thank you for a great build. I enjoyed it and your hot tub build.

Now my question - don't computers typically have wires going into and out of the case?
Show us it works or it never happened.

Reheally nice paint job on this, the colour compliments the polished trim excellent, love the top panel it's amazingly well done & joins to all the other parts perfectly. :D:clap:

It just struck me after saying wow a weird amount of times, how do you access the rear IO?, that's puzzling me a little or is part of it a removable cover to look extra awesome when not in use?, feel like I missed something in the log. :D

Love how slim you managed to make this, extremely badass rig, congrats again Attila, in a bit of a state of awe once again. :D:rock:

The photos rock by the way. To doubt your photography like that I'll have to just put that down to your utter perfectionism disease, gets more amplified the more you do. :D

There is nothing wrong with your photography, Attila. I don't think you should look for cutting edge creative photography but a mere presentation of the cutting edge creative case you made. If the photos would have been more fancy, they would get distracting from the subject.
You shouldn't worry about color reproduction, too. Every screen in the world will render your pictures differently so spending a lot of time getting the colors right would just be a waste.
Again, awesome case and I hope you get a lot of fine use out of it. Please post a link to your new build log (or planning log) inhere when you get one (I have very little time to visit the forum these days but your logs are just too good to miss)!

    Beautiful :thumb:

The lines, the curves, the stance, automobile or case, you have nailed it perfectly. Your vision of combining exotic with classic styling and your craftsmanship have created a stunning metal sculpture.

The colour is just gorgeous. :jawdrop: and I understand your photo pain all to well. :)

Enjoy it. May you have a wonderful Christmas and all the best in '13.

Oh no. I don't want to continue with my case anymore. I will never be satisfied now.

    That was a compliment.
