Believe what you will, it doesn't take much to look at all the evidence.

For a guy who's supposed to be the King of Crysis, hasn't posted once in any of the Config's for Crysis I have made. But as soon as I post the comment I did, in the above link, proves why he never has. Why I get a dislike in minutes, of posting this on this forum, and whilst he was online.

Exactly my point. So hence my suspicions. :)

The video is another good example of no such mircoshutter in SLI, even with 4 cards! :)
    I <3 NVidia!

Just curious, does the Nvidia Control panel offer options of Dual, Tri and Quad SLI with a click click? I've only ever done Dual SLI so it's either on or off! Be interested to know how a quad system works.

That would be a good feature. Select tri or quad depending on game.

No, you would have to change the SLI bridge for Quad to Tri SLI.
You can select a GPU dedicated to Physx in Quad or Tri SLI, and that will give you only Dual SLI, as the Quad Bridge needs to be changed to the Tri SLI Bridge, to give you Tri SLI and a dedicated Physx card. ;)

Seems a no-brainer it should be allowed in the control panel in place of physically messing with the SLI bridge.

Theoretically; it should let you do it, but I've never gone above two cards to have a look. Considering that in Tri-SLI: the Hard-bridge is basically just three SLI bridges to connect each card to it's two brothers: It should work. (Although I don't know how quad SLI works in that scenario. I suspect black magic on the part of Nvidia.)

That said; It might be a simple electrical issue on the part of each card, as the SLI bridge is just used to transmit frames between cards, so far as I know. (Although this is only conjecture on my part. I've never managed to pin a Nvidia engineer down and talk to them about it. They never come back to the Dungeon with me.)

If you look at the Tri bridge and Quad bridge, you will see why it won't allow it. Now if the Quad bridge had double connectors for each card, like the Tri sli bridge, then it would be possible. :)

Oh, I would have to restrict the game to 1 Lemming at a time, due to the huge detail on the model! Very GPU Taxing! :D

Have you seen my Crysis 1 Ultra config? See here.

What mods do you want in Skyrim?

    Minecraft.:D

I really can't think of much that would be more demanding than Crysis 3 right now.

    Metro 2033, maxed?

Failing that; Jam all of the super-high res textures into Skyrim, load up something like SweetFX to get better AA in there for more lag, and then spam magic and see what happens to the framerates. I'm betting not much.

    Hmm. How about Metro 2033.

Stalker Clear Sky is also very demanding!

    Edit: Tundra ninja'd me!

Not sure if you already did; The Witcher 2.
I agree on Metro 2033, it seems to work well with multi GPU SETUPs

These games will have to be done later in the week, due to downloading them all. :)

The Witcher 2 on 'Uber' can bring many systems to their knees so that would be interesting.
