    update

Short update (and almost 200'th photos :) )

It wasn't going like i wanted to do, some parts were damaged, and 2 tools died. But this is the result:

A short test of how i'm gonna finish the grill, offcourse the rear plate and sides will be painted black.

    a fit-test.

these plates will be mounted on both sides of the reservoir, the plexiglass will be equipped with some led's to let it glow.

The way it should be, i need to order my second eheim 1048 soon.

the junction between the plexi tube and sides need some finishing up. But i want it to be hardened first. But it seems to be leak proof :)

That's it for now, next update will be about an week, when i'm back from hollyday. Yes, i gonna mod there. When i return, i should have the watercooling and rear side finished. And maybe much more done.

Don't know for shure. But i think the capacity is enough, a dual rad + eheim 1048 to cool down the CPU, and a singe rad+ 1048 for the videocard.
1 good thing about is is the slight vacuuum you have, less change of leaking.

I think you did an awesome job, I can't wait to see the finishing result.

But what's the meaning of this:

And an another question; wich led/ccfl's colors are gonna lighted on in your case?

I'm talking abut the aluminium strip witch i folded to give you an idea how i gonna make the sides for it. (that's why the alu strip isn't as long as the grill is, it's just a left-over.)
    To compare:

The light is white and bue, i think blue ccfl's and white led's (got plenty of them) I don't want to light up the whole case by plugging in some big CCFL's. But by many small sourches. like the reservoir, beyond shields, grills, and so on. (that means also a lot of cables and switching ;) )

hi mate, the idea is you go from reservoir to pump, to prevent the pump being starved of water, meaning less cavitation, and quicker air release

this mod looks great, keep it up

    update part 1

I've got an large update, 37 pics. I hope you enjoy :)

    Thuesday 5juli:

This was my temp. workspace, i took a lot with me, many tools, plexiglass, components, some hardware and the PC offcourse.

First a small problem to solve, the cables from the casefan couldn't get hide beyond a piece of the frame or something like that. So i decided to make a double wall.

A short try to moount the cable's on this way, a piece of steel wire to get them on the mesh.

The reservoir, quite less space between. So i think i will cut off 5mm from the bottom.

I broke the strip witch is between the 2 cases, the plexi ain't that strong :( (i knew that before, but i forgot :( )

The holes are used for the WC tubes.

Well, if it's broken you should fix it. I've made new strips made of 8mm a.c. ryan's UV plexi. The same as i used for the pieces on the sidepanel.

While the strips were drying, i took care of this. It's made to guide the WC tubes and some brake cable.

Mounted some led's into the plexiglass.

Here will be the WC tubes guided trough

The strip is made of 2 pieces. because the plexi was 50cm, and the case more.

The way to polish small holes ;)

It's time to finish off the rear panel

    Ready to paint it.

    Friday 8 juli
    Done nothing :p

    Saturday 9 juli

These are the strips for the grill, i only need to polish them and mount them offcourse.

Look, no more visible cable's :)

    Connecting it.

These speak for themselve i hope so :)

Connecting the tubes after the picture was made i switched 2 tubes so the S-bend in the tube is less than on the picture showed

Now i showed also where i used the mesh for, witch i made before... to hide the radiators and FAN's

I little difficult to explain how the WC is connected, especcially in english, so here's a drawning:
1: Pomp 1 sucks trought the left circuit, i slight underpressure prevents leaking
2: Much heat produced by the CPU
3: A little cooldown by the small radiator
    4: See point 1
5: More heating up by the VGA
    6: Complete cooldown

looks very nice, but as someone mentioned, you can't have the pump push water into the reservoir. the reservoir NEEDS to be just before the pump's inlet unless the reservoir is completely full (which rather defeats the purpose). Just wanted to pass on a quick warning! But again, great work, looks very well-done and just plain good ideas.

    Thanks You and others :)

By chemical overdose i did it the same way:

When you fill the reservoir, the water will go through the pump and fill the tubes as long as you switch it off.
Anyway, a WC setup won't be refilled every day. So if it take some time to fill it i don't care.

    update

I-spider has given a sign of life ;)

First i bought some parts i needed, and after that i assembled the 2 prints, on top you see the print witch switches the 2 PSU's and 2 pumps. I also able to switch on the 2 pumps and the 2'nd PSU with a switch on the back. So the system doesn't have to run to enable the lights and cooling.

Very nice that a print has the same width as an HDD, so this bracket will be used.

    Mounted in the case.

    And there is light :D

I've forgotten to make some pics of the cables and other stuff. I will do that next time, i want to improve the power cable's anyway to prevent a short circuit.

I love the work that you do ... Outstanding
Great idea to have the small rad to cool the water coming from the CPU , going to the graphics card ( I always wondered about having 2 seperate systems for cooling CPU & VGA) and as you said, that reservior idea will work (just don't try to fill it with the pumps running , lol)

    update

Today i finished the part witch guides the tubes, i've already made it, but today i mounted the leds in it and polished the top of it.

    The parts i need

    Ready for testing

    It works :)

Here i mounted it quicly into the case, i love it 8)

And an overview with all the lights on.

Now it's time to finish the reservoir. Because that one is needed to finis the watercooling and it also contains led's witch should be connected.
