So so sorry to read this. I have not been actively using the forum for some months. I will remember the jokes we shared about Wigan. Bless you Alessandro

My comings and goings on this forum has dropped off in the last few years, as interests have changed to some degree, but returning to find such news is sad to hear.

I hope this is not taken in the wrong way, but his passing on and the news reaching the community may help others in a similar position as to Kidmod was; to understand the kindness in strangers upon this forum.

It's not much, but oddly a small rant here and there does get responses from complete strangers who you only know by there handle.

I was having a pretty rough time of it this time last year, and I found it very hard to talk to people who I actually knew face to face, and I couldn't bare seeking help from healthcare due to the embarrassment I felt at the time. Life has this funny way of sorting it self out if given time, regardless of how bad it gets in the short term.

I hope this is the last I read of such news upon this forum, seek help or rant away on here, but please don't take such actions as our friend Kidmod did.

I still remember Kid every now and then. We kind of bonded over our mutual love for watches, and now when I'm buying an accessory or a new timepiece, I occasionally think of the lad and feel a pang of sadness.

I think of him. Glad someone thought to post. I believe it is fair to say that bit-tech'rs gave him some happiness and friends that were perhaps sadly missing in his physical life.

    Rest in peace.

Was just re-reading his last post... gave me the chills. Guys, if your chedule is heavy to the point that you feel crushed by it, it is time for a break. It's pointless to keep up if it mean going down the sink, your top priority should always be your health.

I haven't been on this forum in over two years. Reading this news still comes as a shock. As someone who struggles with mental health issues herself, I can imagine all too well the circumstances that led to such a tragedy :(

I was cleaning my PM and found a message KidMod sent me back in 2013. If I remember well, we were having a chat about tea because his father is a gourmet tea drinker and he was looking for tea stores to purchase a present or something. The message title was 'Hello Bobby' what the bloody hell Kid? My name's not Bobby
