What is that supposed to mean ? For all you know he might be writing at post from his Mercedes S600 on a gold plated ipad ? Would you be jealous ?
:Update: I have brought a i7 990x as well as 2x 64GB C300 Sata3 6Gps SSD from Scan. I will post Pics when it arrives on Thursday. Cheers, Simon.
Has that board got sata III ? If not...you need a card to make the most of those SSD's. Highpoint one, I think is the basic one.
If you have an hardware addiction simon you should pop over to the folding forum and join the team. Atleast then all that waste processing power can be tapped.
How can I put this; My partners Dad is a Governor of a prison (Can't state where for security reasons) My Dad is a Executive of a company. I'm on a good paid job. My partner is a Vet. Both our parents own their houses, so when they pass on, we will have a very good inheritance. (Not wishing this of course!). Me and my partner own fairly new cars. Me a Jaguar x-type, my partner a Vauxhall vectra. The only debt we have is our Mortgage. Our house is just over 2yrs old, so it doesn't need renovation. My partner being a Vet does allot of work for charity. Sorry to answer all your questions. Cheers, Simon.
If I had a gold plated ipad, I'd never use it. Just keep it in the box and look at it on special occasions.
I may have to join the bit-tech folding team. I'm sure I can rack up some good points. Anyway Thanks for the suggestion.
And a nice Dell 15" 1024x768 monitor. As with that high of a resolution, games FPS will be struggling to get into double figures.
I checked out the pics in your sig Simon. Very impressive. The question I have for you is how much did that delightful pink tea set and serving trolley set you back and where can I get one?
I have a huge favour to ask you, which is a bit of a pain and could take 30-60 minutes to do: Could you compare boot times for Windows for one drive compared to two in RAID0? I was contemplating doing this a while ago but then bought a single 120GB drive instead (and now also have a 90GB SSD scratch drive ).
