also after looking at the unit I think I will have to take it to a specialist in working with copper and refrigerator units because if I want this to work I have to have the arm come up not down and well its a copper tube under that neoprene foam well at least I think the copper tube runs through the whole foam tube so I will look into that more tomorrow and well if it does I could try bending it myself but if I crack the copper there goes the coolant gas so I rather leave that to someone with better experience, so I will have to hunt for someone in that field.

So if any of you have experience with using this type of phase cooler and could give me some info on it would be great such as is it a copper tube running from the copper block all the way back to the compressor tank? and any other help[ full info would be great.

Well I stripped away the insulation foam and reveled an easy to bend copper tube, so I will be able to easily form it to the shape I need to get it to work with my system without any problems all the tools I need for this is in the shop ^^

its a fridge. almost same mechanism. as for details, it has something to do with refrigerant gas.

Okay well I started the process of moving the cooler over to the other case but first some pics of the two cases next to each other.

Alright now some pics of the cooler in its new home, the cooler block still needs to be formed to the right location once I get the mobo in place.

I still have some work to do such as final placement of the cooler and bolting it down and wrapping up the wiring and the like.

Alright here are a few more pics with the 5.25 bay installed, its a nice fit with plenty of room to spare ^^

Okay here is the question, how should I arrange the side panels now that I have this phase cooler it kind of changes some things up so I will let you be the judge.

I was originally going to go with this full window for the mobo side of the case like so

or seeing how that heatsink needs a fan to keep it cool, I could move that top panel to the side and the full window to the top and this way I can have a fan to cool that heatsink.

so let me know if you think I should go with A) Full Side Window Panel or B) Hlf Window with Fans Panel.

Second. Have you fired up the phase cooler? Is it loud? Otherwise, how are you going to shield the fuglyness of the compressor and things from the public eye?

well from what Im getting from a lot of people in all the different forums is that I should make some kind of cover that will hide but at the same time show off the phase cooler so alright Im going to do just that... I think, I will make up some possible renders and concept drawing and see what we can do with this cooler that will keep it working how it should but clean it up, So that will take some time designing as I have a lot of measurements to do first. ^^

Also for those havent commented on the side panels keep doing so by all means I like the input.

@customh no I have not fired up the cooler at this time, I will be doing that sometime this week.
