Im not sure about that I mean if they have fans in PSU's then you should have no problems, but the electric motor should be shielded to stop that from happening due to national laws.

Well actually, I've been using those "bushes" :p from Clas Ohlson couple o' times and I think they work very well..
But if I could get som free, dead cd/dvd drives I'd rather use the rubber from them.
Hey, I just realised this is my firts comment in this thread! Cant leave without telling you how great it looks now can I? It looks great :D

    Thx for the coments .

my update is one day late because i didn't finished until today .

So here we go ,I'm going to put 2 x 60mm fans in the front and one 80mm fan in top of the case(the 2 60mm fans moves nearly the same amounts of air as the single 80mm fan) however i didn't want to make 2 holes in the front(it would have looked strange with 2 holes in front and just one in back/top). With the angle of a pyramid the front fans wouldn't have blow the air in the right direction(u will see soon) so i came up with a angle box solution.

Its a box /tunnel that will hold the two front fans ,there is much to gain in this because this fan holder/tunnel will not only make the air to blow in the right direction it will also reduce the sound from the fans and pick up the vibration from them .

Here is the fans i will use in the case the big one is for a later update
    [IMG]

If i just installed the fans in the frontpanel they just would have been blowing the air towards the base of the case.
Here is a paper model and A pic of how its intend to work:

One fan on Displaycard and one is going on the other side blowing on ram and Cpu:

Some bending and work pics :

    Cuted with multitool:

I never cut trou the entire alu just about 70% then i use tools and hands (janking) to remove the peace ,this saves me alot of cutdisks:

When u about to bend more complex things u must think trou before u start otherwise u will run into alot of trubels here is some bending pics:

Done now i must drill al the screwhole +sand and contersink them:

    Screwholes and fan holes done:

I cuted down 8 screws to make a better fit:

This is Hairy demon AkA Gizmo who i called in to help me out today (he dosent look to happy about it):

I used a 5 mm thick ruber to put between the case and fantunel:

I took a net from an old speaker to use as dustfilter:

This is the fan hole in the frontpanel (the box will naturally be mounted on the other side):

    Like this:

    from frontside on net:

Next update is going to be the fanguard for the front fans naturally i dont need one because the fans are not even close to the front but it will look much nicer then with just a black net.

Comments thougts or questions is welcome...

A dremel is a great tool for some things but wouldn't that have been easier with a jigsaw?

This is an interesting project and you're putting a nice level of detail into your project logs :thumb:

    Tyinsar:
    Thx for coment.
Yes on bigger pieces the jigsaw is better ,i used it in the begining to cut out al the big parts like base sides and doors, but on smaller/medium size bits i prefer the dremmel/multitool because u dont have to put tape on the alu to prevent scratches u dont have to drill holes for every turn u going to make so in the end i dont know if its faster to use the jigsaw on medium/smaler pieces, I also feel that i got beter control with the multitool over the jigsaw but thats more of an personal thing.

Thx and yes i do all my work on balcony/kitchen.

You could always create a googlepages account (or several of them).
