    [IMG]
    The tubes pass pretty close of the DVD.

    1/2" but OD. Still left some tubing more... i'm planning how to.

    I tried 1/2" ID tubing but was too much with that config. To use 1/2" IDtubing, need to replace the full DVD for a slim one and change the VGA block or its barbs for more apropiates ones and other works.

    This time i didn`t use primer. First i sanded che chasis and then applied several coats of Duplicolor black mate paint for plastics (no need primer). When all coats are dry (very quickly with this paint), applied at least, 2 coats or more of Duplicolor Bi-Coat lacquer.

    Its a paint usually sold for cars and others works that need good finnishing.

    Updates!!

    [IMG]
    Finishing the loop: Rad - Y - Pump.

    [IMG]
    With the pump mounted in the cage.

    [IMG]
    And the DD Fillport. One day i made a guide to copy this thing (lot of maney saved) and use in my LanMachineInterface mod, but this time i decided to buy one.

    [IMG]
    Filling and testing. Mix of distilled water and anti-freeze. Only the pump has been powered for the test.

    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    The first runnings with lots of bubbles...

    [IMG]
    Then, running smoothly without air in the loop. The pump is almost totally silent with the case open.

    No leaks, as well :)

    A little preview of the work to come... markings and cuttings:

    Hmm... all I see is:

    A little preview of the work to come... markings and cuttings:

    op_stop(); ;op_start();
    op_stop(); ;op_start();
    op_stop(); ;op_start();

    Stay tunned!

    What gives? I was just about to comment on how I dislike project logs with links to pics instead of actual pics... but I don't think that's the case here...lol. Is something messed up on my end or yours?

    I checked your other project log and it's the same thing with the pics. About half of the pics show up for me, the other half are that text. Weird... All other pics in other project logs show up fine, just yours are the ones I'm seeing this way.

    EDIT:
    The text is a hyperlink to http://www.imageshack.us/ and nothing else. Never run into this problem before, someone let me know if I'm the only one seeing this.
    Thanks,
    luvbug
