My first mechanical keyboard... its probably a bit pedestrian compared to more esoteric options, but I love/need the the quick-buttons to switch devices in a jiffy

And two desk mats bundled at no cost for some reason? I'm not complaining.

The quick switch buttons are why I still love the MX Keys keyboard

Absolutely no idea where the caps are I was gonna use. Might have sold them or already used them in a board for someone else. Found a set similar, but actually prefer these (other one had grey not black function keys) and £20 delivered

Been getting a bit annoying with my Honor phones Desktop experience, too many glitches I have to work around, it is something I use most days and have done for years in conjunction with a portable screen, was always near perfect on Samsung as they can do functional software better than most, no other phone I have tried comes close.

So thought it was time to drop my Honor Magic and pick up a Fold again, but the Fold hardware is so grim compared to what I have, big and heavy, so I have gone down the tablet route, this is new for me, not sure I can make it work the way I want but we will see.

So purchased the 14.6” Tab S10 Ultra, seemed a good deal, same size as my portable screen but should have a properly functional desktop experience again as it is Samsung, seemed a reasonable deal with pen and Keyboard for less than 1k.

If it is good perhaps it may even supplant my laptop as a travel device, though my 16” laptop is 300 grams lighter than the 14.6” tablet and it's add-ons to make a laptop  how does that happen :D

Kitchen and house things. Firstly this.

I was tired of stuffing blankets into the creases. It works very well, bit smaller than wanted but it covers up the sofa nice. So I have a single one coming too.

    Onto the kitchen.

Then a new one of these.

Joseph & Joseph. It was expensive but I have had their washing up bowl for 8 years and it is still like new. Even with me bleaching it bi weekly.

    New ones of these.

    And obs.

Then for Christmas at mum's. I get it every year.

    And finally.

DVD drive in the desktop appears to have gone bad: it'll read CDs, but not DVDs. So...

Hitachi-LG "Super-Multi" drive. Would have gone Blu-ray, but this was £19.50 instead of £75 for a Blu-ray drive so... yeah.

Yeah, you would think so, but biweekly can be a synonym for fortnightly or it can mean twice a week :D

Tweeks. I take the bowl out and scrub the entire sink and plugs etc. Then fill sink with hot water and bleach and let it sit.

Yeah I am none the wiser here :D I understand what bleaching a sink involves but I still don't get what "tweeks" or bi-weekly means :D

    No.

    Bi-weekly means twice a week.

I am willing to die on this hill.
