Not shure what you are saying..

Since cold air is coming on the gpu form the case door, and cold air on the cpu. I dont see how it could go bad..

And when the shroud have been remade ->

If you modify the shroud like indicated in that last picture, it should be fine. They were concerned that the shroud would cover up any place the heat from the GPU could escape from.

Very cool project anyways, I'll be keeping an eye on it!

    Nice fabrication...Its looking really good.

One thing though, I like the look of the shroud but I think its use will have a very limited effect unless you are feeding it with cool air from the outside (using side intake).

The way I see this is that the shroud will be in effect reducing the amount of air getting to the gpu. Air coming from the front intake will not be passing over the gpu as it would without the shroud.

I could be way off but it looks like your choking the air supply.

Keep up the good work though.

Iv thought of that, It will be two side fans, one for the direction on the gpu and the other for the cpu..

Then the case have one! fan to bring the hot air out, but there will be one other modded beneath that. So with two fans with reasent flow, I hope it will circle :worried:

    Thanks for the feedback all!

Did some sketches, for a sort of memmoryshroud. Do you think it will work out?
Or just be a bad effect?

im thinking that your just going to heat your mem with the excess are comming off the GPU. Either kill the shroud or vent the GPU air somewhere else and provide more airflow through the shroud

This was very well worth the trouble. What was the magic substance in addition to mad mod skillz and sandpaper that gave you this good result?

Just wet sandpaper. Start with 800grid, 1200 and finaly 2000. You will then have a nearly mirror finnish. But after som Autosol, you surely got it!

Love this process, when you shrink the wire/hose.

Ahh, I truly love your case. Us Scandinavians really have a sense of style :D But, why didn't you buy the SCAND version? The so called Scandianavian version, where there are one 120mm fan in the front and the back rather than 3 80mm.
