After the stuff-up (see post639) things went really well. Once all glued up, this panel turned out to be quite rigid, and when slid into place just didn't move. So I think only two screws will be needed to hold it firmly in position. Here are some pics. Please note the edges of the plex in some parts still need to be sanded and everything is covered with dust and finger marks and scuffs.

Sorry for earlier reply TMI, lol it was the first thing I saw when I got up and did spill the coffee!... I think they've said it very nicely. You have a sharp eye, what ever imperfections you see.... you see before us and bah.. post a pict or two to satisfy the hungry mob including me. The jungle is restless. You are killing me however! I actually had today off, so I was fine with jizzing all over the place and falling asleep completely exhausted. And yes, I DO hope you have that picture burned into your retina right now!
